<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of depositing gallium on a substrate. <P>SOLUTION: A gallium ink comprises as initial components: a gallium component comprising gallium; a stabilizing component selected from 1,3-propanedithiol, beta-mercaptoethanol, analogs thereof and mixtures thereof; an additive selected from a group comprising 1,8-diazabicyclo[5.4.0]undec-7-ene; and a liquid carrier.
