<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel composition containing a conjugated linoleic acid. <P>SOLUTION: The composition containing the conjugated linoleic acid is effective for an animal feedstuff additive and a human nutrition supplementary food. A linoleic acid is converted into its conjugated form. The composition generated in the conjugate form is low in an isomer which is not in a specific normal state compared with a convenience conjugated linoleic composition. Furthermore, the composition is adjusted following a novel method for controlling the oxidation of CLA to a volatile organic compound, and contains a metal oxidant chelate agent for controlling oxidation during storage. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
