<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely execute in an electric apparatus a job set by a user with a computer even in the case that the computer such as an external server creates the job to be executed by an image forming apparatus to make the image forming apparatus execute the job from the computer. <P>SOLUTION: A PC 31 includes a job receiving part 212 and an inquiry transmitting part 2133 for transmitting an inquiry request if a job violates prohibition setting to a multi-function machine 1, the multi-function machine 1 includes a communication part 102, a prohibition determining part 101 for determining if a combination of a plurality of functions constituting the job becomes a target of prohibition processing, a control part 103 for executing the job and a prohibition information transmitting part 1022 for transmitting prohibition information showing a determination result of the prohibition determining part 101 to the PC 31, and the PC 31 includes a prohibition information receiving part 2131 for receiving the prohibition information and a job transmitting part 2131 for transmitting the job to the multi-function machine 1 in the case that the combination of a plurality of functions shown by the job of the inquiry request target is determined not to be a target of the prohibition processing on the basis of the prohibition information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
