<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a support structure for a protruding portion that is capable of supporting various forms of protruding portions. <P>SOLUTION: In building units 2 and 3 vertically arranged one on top of the other, a plurality of stays 10 for supporting a protruding portion 20 (30) are positioned spaced apart from one another in a longitudinal direction of an upper beam 3a of the lower building unit 3 and attached to a side surface of the upper beam 3a so as to protrude forward. On the upper surfaces of the plurality of stays 10, the protruding portion 20 (30) is fixedly placed.
