<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely detect a state of supply voltage even at power input in a simple configuration. <P>SOLUTION: A first switch (122) and a second switch (124) are connected in series to form a switch section, and the first switch (122) is controlled on/off according to a reference signal. A determination signal generation circuit (110) generates a supply voltage determination signal (VG) in accordance with a first supply voltage (VDD) and a second supply voltage (VSS), and the second switch (124) is controlled on/off according to the supply voltage determination signal (VG). A first load element (126) is inserted in series between the first supply voltage (VDD) and the switch section. When the reference signal (Vref) exceeds a first predetermined voltage and the supply voltage determination signal (VG) exceeds a second predetermined voltage, the switch section closes the circuit to supply a current to the first load element (126) and output a first output signal (VOUT) indicating a state of the first supply voltage (VDD) from a connection node between the first load element (126) and the switch section. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
