<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a location information transmitter capable of correcting a deviation of an output signal generating after the location information transmitter is installed. <P>SOLUTION: The location information transmitter which transmits a positioning signal having compatibility with a satellite positional signal for the positioning to be transmitted from an artificial satellite, comprises: a reference frequency oscillation section for generating a reference frequency signal by applying a voltage to crystal; a first frequency control section for controlling so that the reference frequency signal becomes a signal of first frequency larger than the reference frequency by applying the voltage to the reference frequency signal; a positioning signal generating section for generating the positioning signal by using the first frequency signal and modulating positional data showing a location where the location information transmitter is installed; a storage section for storing a base time; and a time measurement section for measuring a lapse time from the base time.
