METHOD AND DEVICE FOR MEASURING USER QUALITY OF EXPERIENCE QOE

Disclosed is a method for measuring user Quality of Experience QoE, comprising the following steps: receiving event information sent by a receiving end, the event information comprising conditional information used for judging reasons for causing effective media data deficiency in a cache of the receiving end; judging, according to the conditional information, whether the effective media data deficiency in the current cache of the receiving end is caused by a service system or a user behavior; and separately measuring the declining degrees of QoE according to different reasons for the effective media data deficiency in the cache. In the method for measuring QoE provided in an embodiment of the invention, the effective media data deficiency in the cache of the receiving end, caused by the service system problem, and the effective media data deficiency in the cache of the receiving end, caused by user behavior, are distinguished from each other, and the respective declining degree of the QoE is separately measured according to the different reasons for causing the effective media data deficiency in the cache, making QoE measurement more accurate and more objective and allowing rational use of network resources.
