<p>A method for driving a condenser microphone (100) is provided. The condenser microphone (100) comprises a membrane (101) and an electrode (102) constituting a capacity. A polarization voltage is applied between the membrane (101) and the electrode (102). According to the method an electrical signal generated by the condenser microphone (100) based on a received acoustic signal causing a deflection of the membrane (101) is detected, and the polarization voltage is varied in response to the detected electrical signal.</p> |
