PURPOSE: A system for analyzing smart phone customer satisfaction and an analyzing method thereof are provided to perform statistical estimation for divided areas and detailed items in the areas through regression analysis by dividing elements related to smart phone customer satisfaction. CONSTITUTION: A satisfaction extracting unit(440) extracts a survey item result related to satisfaction from a stored survey result. A regression analysis model applying unit(450) applies the extracted items to a regression analysis model composed of a single factor by using the average of observation variables according to the stored survey result. A weighted value calculating unit(460) calculates a weighted value, applied to the calculation of a satisfaction index, from regression analysis model. A satisfaction index calculating unit(470) calculates a smart phone satisfaction index by applying the calculated weighted value to the items extracted from the satisfaction extracting unit.
