<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slide-type portable radio and an antenna device each having simple configuration, which resolve the difficulty in drawing while holding a projecting rod antenna at sliding and have lowered metallic sound generated due to contacting elements of the rod antenna at vibration of a vibrator. <P>SOLUTION: A rod antenna 5 includes a rotatable cap 9 provided with cut parts at its tip. Further, a lower package 22 has protruding parts 16 and 16 formed to pass through the cut parts. With such configuration, in a process where the rod antenna 5 is being contained in the inside of the lower package 22, when the cap 9 is rotated in an arbitrary direction, the cut parts pass through the protruding parts 16 and 16, and the protruding parts 16 and 16 come into contact with the edge face of a second large circle part 9c in the cap 9, so that the rod antenna 5 is stably contained in the predetermined position of the inside of the lower package 22. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
