<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform the drawing work of a workpiece of sheet metal and the formation of a negative angle part with one press forming die, and to make the formed workpiece of the sheet metal detach easily from a lower die. <P>SOLUTION: The drawing work is performed by pressing the workpiece W of the sheet metal against a movable punch 50 by lowering an upper die 20 and also a negative angle part (recessed part W2) is formed on the workpiece W of the sheet metal by fitting a movable die 40 in the recessed part 52 of the movable punch 50 by sliding the movable die 40 with a first cam mechanism 60 (cam surfaces 42, 12). After that, the movable die 40 is slid through the first cam mechanism 60 and drawn out of the negative angle part of the workpiece W of the sheet metal by lifting the upper die 20 and also the movable punch 50 is slid through a second cam mechanism 70 (a cam surface 24, an intermediate member 80 and a slide surface 11) and separated from the negative angle part of the workpiece W of the sheet metal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
