<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microbubble generator capable of reliably generating a large number of fine air bubbles with uniform size at a low cost. <P>SOLUTION: The microbubble generator includes: a case body which communicates an inflow opening of liquid to an outflow opening of the liquid with a main path; a squeezing part disposed on the middle of the main path; and a gas mixing means formed on the squeezing part. The gas mixing means includes: a gas introducing hole which penetrates the case body in the thickness direction and is communicated with the main path; an annular slit which is arranged on the squeezing part, is communicated with the gas introduction hole and is opened to the main path; and an annular space which is communicated with the gas introduction hole and is communicated with the annular slit. An oblique introduction means for introducing gas from an annular space, that is, the gas from the annular slit obliquely toward the downstream direction of the flow of liquid in the main path is disposed and, thereby, the gas is obliquely introduced from the outer circumferential side of the main path in the downstream direction of the flow of the liquid. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
