A fixing structure of a folding pedal is mainly composed of a stepping unit (10), a crank shaft block (13) connected to a crank (30) of a bicycle by a shaft and a pushing and resisting component (15) which can elastically slide in the stepping unit (10). The stepping unit (10) is pivoted and connected to the crank shaft block (13), and can be folded in the direction of the bicycle crank (30). The pushing and resisting component (15) can be clipped and separated from the crank shaft block (13). At least one automatic deflection device (40) is provided at the surface of the crank shaft block (13) in the shape of a depression. When the stepping unit (10) is pivotally folded, the top of a clip component (151) can resist against the automatic deflection device (40) which can generate a reaction force by elastic pushing force of the pushing and resisting component (15) and an elastic component (14). The reaction force drives the stepping unit (10) to be folded in the direction of the bicycle crank (30). Normally, the stepping unit (10) resists against the crank (30) in order to avoid dropping to and clipping the ground during the bicycle is running or when the bicycle is folded and dragged.
