PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforced plastic structure, a method of manufacturing the reinforced plastic structure, a structure, a windmill blade and a windmill which is hardly displaced due to the independent movement of a member and is easily installed in an installation place.

SOLUTION: The reinforced plastic structure includes layer members having: tabular synthetic resin materials 2 with a plurality of cut lines 3 formed in a thickness direction from one surface side; and sheet materials 4 stuck to the other surface side of the synthetic resin materials 2 where the plurality of layer members are laminated.
