<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve an induction heating cooker which notifies a user of deterioration in a heating coil such as insulation deterioration of an element wire and increase in the number of disconnected wires. <P>SOLUTION: An induction heating cooker comprises a heating coil 14, an inverter circuit 3, operation input means 21, a heating coil temperature sensor 19, a top plate temperature sensor 23 detecting a temperature of a load, input current detection means 7, input voltage detection means 8, output current detection means 18, display and notification means 22 and control means 20 controlling driving of the inverter circuit 3 based on various setting commands set by the operation input means 21. The control means 20 controls the display and notification means 22 to operate and controls the inverter circuit 3 such that input power decreases when a heating coil temperature detected by the heating coil temperature sensor 19 exceeds a predetermined protection temperature, a load temperature detected by the top plate temperature sensor 23 is not greater than a predetermined threshold value and an output current detected by the output current detection means 18 is not greater than a predetermined threshold value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
