<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that an alternative material which is free from hygienic problems while having functions of asbestos, is demanded because vegetable fragments such as chaff are ruled out recently from a natural cycle and discarded as waste materials at large expenses while imposing loads on the environment and asbestos that is used recently for reinforcing building members such as wall materials, partitioning materials or reinforcing materials of steel frames, is recognized to be harmful to health and hygiene and is prohibited at present from being used and produced. <P>SOLUTION: A noninflammable binder, diatomaceous earth and porous substance such as chaff being the conventional waste each of which has equal functional properties, are mixed with one another and the obtained mixture is compacted and hardened so that the obtained hardened product can be used as a coating material that is used for preventing scattering of asbestos and used as an asbestos alternative and has the characteristics equal to those of asbestos. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
