<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cross-flow filtration method excellent in filter accuracy, and greatly improved in the filtration rate to a membrane area per unit time, and to provide a cross-flow filtration device. <P>SOLUTION: In the cross-flow filtration method using a porous alumina membrane filter, the porous alumina membrane filter consists of an aluminum anodized film 14, and has a regulation degree of 50% or more, a porosity of 40% or more, and micropores 16 whose standard deviation of the pore diameter is within 10% of an average pore diameter, and a filter object substance is filtered by supplying a filter object fluid to flow parallel to a membrane surface of the porous alumina membrane filter. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
