摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the size and weight of an intermediate connecting pin which fastens an inner cylinder and an outer cylinder of a caliper which are integrally formed by a prescribed fastening force, in an opposing piston type disk brake. <P>SOLUTION: Shapes of a pair of seat faces (21f, 22f) before being applied with pin-fastening which are formed at the inner cylinder 21 and the outer cylinder 22 of the caliper 20, respectively, and receive the fastening force of the intermediate connecting pin are formed to be prescribed inclined faces which are inclined with respect to the center axial line of a disk rotor, and sequentially opened toward the outside of a rotor diameter, and in a state that the intermediate connecting pin is fastened by the prescribed fastening force, the center axial line of the intermediate connecting pin linearly extends along the rotor axial direction, and the pair of seat faces (21f, 22f ) are set to be almost parallel with each other. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
