Provided is an enteral nutrient with which a superior emulsified state is maintained, even when mixed with gastric or enteric juices, and, in spite of containing lipids, rarely induces diarrhea, even if digestion and absorption functions are compromised. An egg yolk lysophospholipid, medium-chain fatty acid triglyceride, and fatty acid are added to the enteral nutrient. The ratio of the medium-chain fatty acid triglyceride is 20 to 65 mass%. The average grain size (in terms of volume) when mixed with artificial gastric juice at a ratio of 1:1 is 10 µm or smaller and the average grain size (in terms of volume) when mixed with artificial enteric juices at a ratio of 1:1 is 5 µm or smaller. |
