A printed circuit board (PCB) circuit substrate(9) comprises a decoding central processing unit (CPU) chip, a random-access memory (RAM) chip, a FLASH chip and a Universal Serial Bus (USB) 3.0-Serial Advanced Technology Attachment (SATA) bridge chip; the PCB circuit substrate is provided with a direct-current (DC) 5V power interface(10), a three-in-one interface(11) of an eSATA, a USB3.0 and a DC power and the like, and is also provided with functional buttons(18), an infrared (IR) receiving head(19) and an SATA13Pin compact disc (CD) driver interface connector socket(21) and the like; and the PCB circuit substrate (9)is connected with a mobile hard disc bracket at the position of the multifunctional portable mobile Slim SATA compact disc driver through the SATA13Pin compact disc (CD) driver interface connector socket(21). The multifunctional portable mobile optical disc and hard disc multimedia record player has the advantages of simple implementation of the interchange between the mobile optical disc driver and the mobile hard disc, optical disc playing function, simple structure, hot plugging function, small volume and the like.
