<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filter circuit that has satisfactory distortion characteristics. <P>SOLUTION: In the filter circuit having a plurality of LPFs connected in series, the plurality of LPFs each have a switched capacitor circuit SC and a fully differential amplifier AMP for amplifying and outputting an output signal of SC. A common mode feedback circuit of AMP 10 of the LPF 1 into which an output signal of a one-bit DAC 40 is input is of a discrete time type, and a common mode feedback circuit of AMP 20 of the LPF 2 which outputs an output signal as the filter circuit is of a continuous time type. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
