<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a signal processing unit and a laser measurement instrument which are capable of detecting a desired signal component from a received optical signal with high accuracy. <P>SOLUTION: A filter processing unit includes: a signal supply section which supplies a digital signal including a component at a set frequency; a digital filter capable of changing the filter characteristics for extracting the component at the set frequency from the signal supply section; a D/A converter which converts the signal processed by the digital filter; a subtraction processing section which subtracts a signal output from the D/A converter from the received optical signal and subtracts the component at the set frequency from the received optical signal; an A/D converter which converts a signal output from the subtraction processing section and outputs the converted signal to a spectrum signal extractor; and a parameter adjustment section which acquires the signal output from the A/D converter to the spectrum signal extractor and adjusts a parameter of the digital filter in response to prescribed timing on the basis of the component at the set frequency included in this signal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
