<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a receiver which can reproduce a high-definition stereoscopic video image without increasing time and efforts for authoring. <P>SOLUTION: Control information of off-set control exists in meta data among a dependent-view video stream, a graphics stream and meta data. The control information of the off-set control includes an off-set sequence regulating the off-set control of video data for reproducing graphics to be synthesized with picture data in a one-plane off-set mode.
