<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connecting member which can enhance a degree of freedom in designing an electric circuit constructed on the connecting member. <P>SOLUTION: A connecting member 5A includes: a hollow axis part 51 having both edges fitted into a center pipe 21 of a spiral film element 2; and a plate part 52 extending from a center part of the axis part 51 to a circumference. A sensor is attached to at least one of the axis part 51 and the plate part 52, and an antenna 65 connected to the sensor is held by the plate part 52.
