<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a camera unit and a drive recorder, for which a distance between a windshield and a GPS antenna is secured and reception characteristics of the GPS antenna are maintained while facilitating attachment to a vehicle. <P>SOLUTION: A camera unit 2 is separated from a body part 1 of the drive recorder, transmits image pickup information to the body part 1, and includes a housing 5, a GPS antenna 7 arranged inside the housing 5, and a projection part 9 projected from an upper surface of the housing 5 for attaching a distal end part 8a to a windshield 8 of the vehicle. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
