<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that, a metallic-material construction method estimated to be immune to earthquakes is rapidly frequently adopted for wooden building, metallic material includes hole-down metal in order to prevent fall-down of a building, in order to mount the metal, marks are added in four directions of a foundation around an anchor bolt to mount the hole-down metal but marking can be performed only on by one in the four directions because of the existence of the bolt, thereby requiring much time for mounting and further, since marking is performed only one by one four times, so that marking error or the case where marking is omitted to two positions and the metal material cannot be installed accurately occurs. <P>SOLUTION: Hole-down metal can be installed promptly and accurately by utilizing a ruler in which a standard size line of a foundation along the outer periphery and lines at four central positions are described or engraved and which is bored in the center so as to install the hole-down metal on the foundation without abutting to a bolt. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
