PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antistatic resin composition with which a coating excellent in slipperiness is formed.

SOLUTION: The antistatic resin composition comprises: a compound (A) having a (meth)acryloyl group; a (meth)acrylate compound (B) having a polytetramethylene glycol skeleton; and a quaternary ammonium salt group-containing polymer (C). The content of the (meth)acrylate compound (C) having the polytetramethylene glycol skeleton is 0.5 to 40 wt.% of the total of (A) to (C).
