<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carbon nitride having a hexagonal or similar crystal structure with high crystallinity. <P>SOLUTION: In the method for manufacturing the carbon nitride, at least one raw material, selected from the group consisting of a compound that has a nitrogen atom and a carbon atom and a mixture of a compound that has a carbon atom and a compound that has a nitrogen atom, is irradiated with electrons after dielectric barrier discharge under the conditions that an interelectrode distance is more than 0 mm and 5 mm or less and a frequency is 1 kHz to 1 MHz. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
