<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid ejecting apparatus having a reading mechanism and a recording mechanism which can achieve space saving, cost reduction and power saving. <P>SOLUTION: The liquid ejecting apparatus includes: a recording means arranged on a conveying path of a medium to be recorded and a medium to be read which has a liquid jet head for performing printing operation toward the medium to be recorded during conveyance; a reading means arranged on the same path as the conveying path which reads printing information on the medium to be recorded and the medium to be read conveyed to a downstream side; and a storage means for storing the printing information read by the reading means as printing data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
