<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a matting agent applicator and an inkjet recorder which prevent a stacker blocking effectively while suppressing consumption of a matting agent particle to a minimum by controlling a giving quantity of the matting agent according to the number of sheets of feeding paper during a printing job. <P>SOLUTION: By paying attention to a fact that the stacker blocking is apt to occur at the lower portion of a printed matter load where pressure increases, supplying the matting agent enough because of positioning at the lower portion of a loading bundle when the number of sheets of feeding paper is few during the printing job, and controlling the giving quantity of the matting agent to a fewer level because of positioning at the upper portion of the loading bundle as the number of sheets of feeding paper approaches an end, the stacker blocking is effectively prevented while suppressing the consumption of the matting agent particle to a minimum. The matting agent applicator prevents the stacker blocking effectively while suppressing the consumption of the matting agent particle to a minimum by reducing the giving quantity of the matting agent according to an increase of the number of sheets of feeding paper during a job. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
