<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell stack capable of replacing a seal member for sealing between single cells without loosening load applied to a lamination direction of the single cells. <P>SOLUTION: A fuel cell stack 100 includes: a plurality of single cells each of which includes a membrane electrode assembly 141 including an electrolyte membrane and electrode layers arranged on both the sides of the electrolyte membrane and a pair of separators 144 arranged so as to sandwich the membrane electrode assembly 141 and which are laminated to each other; a cell pressurization part for pressurizing the plurality of single cells in the lamination direction; a seal member formed by an elastic body for sealing between the single cells along the outer peripheral part of the fuel cell stack; and a seal member pressing part 170 for pressing the seal member in a direction from the outer peripheral part to the inside. On the outer peripheral part of at least one separator out of the pair of separators 144 included in at least one single cell, a notch 153 of a shape whose cross section is increased from the inside to the outer peripheral part is formed, and the seal member 151 is arranged on the notch 153. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
