<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated piezoelectric element which is capable of obtaining a large generation displacement amount and is excellent as well from the standpoint of environment conservation. <P>SOLUTION: In a laminated piezoelectric element, a plurality of piezoelectric layers 1 and a plurality of internal electrodes 2 are alternately laminated. The piezoelectric layer 1 contains an oxide containing an alkaline metal element and bismuth (Bi), and the internal electrode 2 is comprised of a base metal. It is preferable that the internal electrode 2 is comprised of copper (Cu) or copper (Cu) alloy. The oxide contains the alkaline metal element and bismuth (Bi) and it is preferable that natrium (Na) or kalium (K) is contained as the alkaline metal element. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
