<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a white-colored substrate which is a white substrate, has high light reflectivity and flexibility, and has excellent heat resistance and dimensional stability, and to provide a display device using the white-colored substrate. <P>SOLUTION: In the white-colored substrate which is a white substrate and contains a cured substance formed of a transparent resin, a glass fiber and a light-scattering filler, the white-colored substrate has the light reflectance at a wavelength of 550 nm of 70% or more.
