PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing device, an image processing method, and an image processing program for eliminating a strange feeling given to a user by output inverted images due to inversion of an arrangement order of frame images as a result of mirror image inversion of the whole of a consecutive image.

SOLUTION: An image processing device for processing a consecutive image composed of plural frame images, comprises: a specification unit that specifies a unit of mirror image inversion composed of one or at least two consecutive frame images composing the consecutive image; and an inversion unit that performs mirror image inversion of the consecutive image for each specified unit.
