<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a telephone device capable of avoiding information leakage through limited display of unique recorded information recorded in the telephone device including incoming and outgoing call history data without setting a password. <P>SOLUTION: A telephone device 1 that stores unique recorded information including incoming and outgoing call history data comprises: a display section 8 for displaying the recorded information; an update section 2 for updating the incoming and outgoing call history data of the telephone device; a storage section 6 for storing a non-display condition for not displaying the recorded information on the display section 8, and the recorded information; and a control section 2 for determining whether or not to put the recorded information into a non-display state according to the non-display condition, and controlling display of the display section 8 according to the determination result.
