<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a swash plate-type motor equipped with a cylinder hole structure for a tilting piston, with which abrasion resistance can be increased and the time required for a hardening operation is shortened. <P>SOLUTION: Laser hardening is performed in the circumferential direction of a cylinder hole 18 for a tilting piston, only on a local portion (the hardened part 3) of the bottom inner-hole portion of the tilting piston-use cylinder hole 18, the local portion being struck by the end of the tilting piston 17 when the tilting piston 17 tilts due to compressive force from the swash plate. Laser hardening is not performed on portions of the tilting piston-use cylinder hole 18 other than the aperture part inner-hole portion and the bottom inner-hole portion. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
