<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cage-and-roller and a rolling bearing, preventing generation of stress on a cage even when receiving an axial load to prevent damaging of the cage. <P>SOLUTION: The cage-and-roller 10 includes a cage 20 having a pair of annular parts 21, 21 and a plurality of pillar parts 26 connecting between outer circumferential faces 23, 23 of the pair of annular parts 21, 21, and circumferentially arranged at a predetermined interval.
