An equipment room (17) and a fire fighting skylight (16) thereof relate to the technical field of fire fighting in a closed space. The fire fighting skylight (16) comprises a window body (11) and a pin (15). Eccentric rotary shafts (12) are disposed on the window body (11). The material of the pin (15) is alloy of a low melting point. In a room temperature state, the pin (15) locks the window body (11) on a window frame (18) of the equipment room (17) tightly in a closed way; in a high temperature state, the pin (15) is melted, and the window body (11), under the action of gravity, rotates with the eccentric rotary shafts (12) being the axis, so as to be opened. The equipment room (17) comprises the fire fighting skylight (16). With the fire fighting pipeline of the site where the equipment room (17) is located being not required to be reconstructed, the tightness of the equipment room (17) where the fire fighting skylight (16) is located is ensured, and meanwhile the fire fighting for the equipment room (17) is achieved, thereby saving the construction time of the equipment room (17) and reducing the cost.
