The invention relates to a method for communicating in a radio communication network (12) comprising a given node (1) and nodes (1), referred to as adjacent nodes, located within the radio range of the given node, said nodes having a means for radio frequency transmission and reception of messages over a shared radio channel (5), said method including the step wherein, during a communication cycle comprising time intervals such that a separate time interval is assigned to each node, a setting is made such that the messages to be transmitted by the adjacent nodes to said given node during said cycle are transmitted by said adjacent nodes during the time interval assigned to the given node.
