<p>Filter device, preferably for biological treatment of water from swimming pools or pools, comprises a fixed container (1), in which replaceable filter cartridges (4) containing a filter medium for the formation of biofilm, are placed, and through which water to be purified is passed. The filter cartridges comprise a material that exhibits a lower density than water, and are designed such that the filter cartridges are positioned in a floating manner in the container when filled with the filter medium. An independent claim is also included for the filter cartridges filled with a filter medium, and through which the water is passed, comprising two interconnected half-shells that encloses the receiving space of the filter medium.</p> |
