PURPOSE: A grass mower blade driving device and a method thereof are provided to improve grass cutting efficiency and to prevent the malfunction of the device. CONSTITUTION: A grass mower blade driving device comprises upper and lower blades(10), a driving shaft(20), a cam unit, a connection rod, and a drive pin(50). The upper and lower blades cut grass while rotating in opposite directions. The driving shaft supplies rotation power by a power unit. The cam unit is combined with the driving shaft by a gear and rotates. The connection rod is connected to the cam unit, is carried forward and backward, and is connected to the driving groove of the upper and lower blades. The drive pin is vertically formed in the end of the front of the connection rod.
