PURPOSE: A sanitizing pulverizing apparatus for livestock for stamping out is provided to implement a sterilizing process in the process of pulverizing livestock by including a sterilizing part and a pulverizing part. CONSTITUTION: A sanitizing pulverizing apparatus for livestock includes pulverizing parts(10, 20), sterilizing parts(30, 40, 50), and a solid-liquid separating part(60). The pulverizing parts pulverize livestock for stamping out. The sterilizing part sprays a sterilizing agent on the livestock carcasses and the pulverizing parts. The solid-liquid separating part compresses the pulverized and sterilized livestock carcasses and separates the livestock carcasses into solid materials and liquid waste.
