PURPOSE: A lighting device is provided to prevent voltage drop according to the distance of a power controlling unit and a light source module by arranging a power controlling unit in a light source module. CONSTITUTION: A cover unit is arranged on the top of a heat radiating member(2000). An optical source module(1000) is arranged in one side of the heat radiating member. A side frame(3000) supports the heat radiating member. One side of the side frame is coupled with an arm unit(5000). The other side of the side frame is coupled with a cap(7000). A power control unit is arranged in one side of the arm unit. A duct for power supply is arranged between the heat radiating member and the side frame.
