PURPOSE: A financial payment security service method is provided to supply a primary security service when a user terminal performs online/offline financial payment through payment function locking setting of a bank account and a registered card. CONSTITUTION: If payment approval is requested to a corresponding payment method, a mobile terminal inquires whether payment approval locking is set or not in real time(S310). If the payment approval locking is set according to an inquiry result, the payment approval of the payment method is refused(S320,S331). If the payment approval of the payment method is refused, approval refusal completion information is transmitted to a normal user of the payment method(S340).
