PURPOSE: An electrochemical energy storage device and a module using the same are provided to improve work productivity by simplifying the electrical connection and physical connection between unit elements comprising the energy storage device module. CONSTITUTION: An electrical storage element stores electrochemical energy. An insulating case(30) has the electrical storage element. A terminal plate(40) blocks the inside and the outside of the electrical storage element. A combination unit(50) includes a first terminal connected to a first electrode of the electrical storage element. An insertion section(60) includes a second terminal connected to a second electrode of the electrical storage element.
