PURPOSE: A connector device is provided to control an impedance between a connector device and a differential signal terminal and to increase the efficiency of transfer. CONSTITUTION: An installed member is installed in a housing. A plurality of terminals is connected to an electrode of the installed member. A couple of terminals is a couple of differential signal terminals(41) corresponding to differential transmission. A shape transforming unit(46) is formed to an extending direction of the differential signal terminals. A spring unit(42) is extended from a terminal maintaining unit(23) to the housing.
