COATING MATTER FOR NONSLIP OF FLOOR AND THE COAT METHOD OF FLOOR THEREWITH

PURPOSE: An anti-slip floor coating agent is provided to have excellent strength and durability because of high adhesion to floor, and to minimize deintercalation by silica, because of excellent adhesion, and to minimize slip by the silica. CONSTITUTION: An anti-slip floor coating agent comprises 6-17 parts by weight of a hardener, 10-30 parts by weight of water, 28-75 parts by weight of silica, and 0.1-0.5 parts by weight of precipitation inhibitor based on 47-57 parts by weight of aqueous epoxy emulsion mixed with bisphenol A epoxy and emulsifier. The floor coating agent additionally comprises 2-8 parts by weight of epoxy-functionalized silane based on 47-57 parts by weight of the aqueous epoxy emulsion. The hardener consists of 47-57 parts by weight of the aqueous epoxy emulsion, 5-12 parts by weight of polyamine, and 1-5 part by weight of amino-functional silane. The polyamine uses self-emulsion type polyamines.
