PURPOSE: A winding speed reduction device and an insect screen device therewith are provided to reduce noise by automatically reducing the winding speed of an insect screen when the winding speed of the insect screen is drastically increased. CONSTITUTION: A winding speed reduction device comprises an outer casing(10), a support member, a rotation speed reduction unit, and a clutching unit. The outer casing is inserted into a winding roll(110). The support member is inserted into one side of the outer casing and guides the rotation of the outer casing. The rotation speed reduction unit is embedded in the other side of the outer casing and reduces the winding speed of the winding roll. When the winding roll is unwound, the clutching unit prevents the rotation fore of the outer casing from being transferred to the rotation speed reduction unit. When the winding roll is wound, the clutching unit transfers the rotation force of the outer casing to the rotation speed reduction unit. |
