PURPOSE: A transformer is provided to reduce a cost by reducing sizes of a metal substance and a via through a crossing area having a two-layer structure instead of a three-layer structure. CONSTITUTION: A third coil(30) composes a secondary side of a transformer. Coils are arranged on one end of a crossing area(X2) in order of a first coil, a third coil, a second coil, the third coil, the first coil, the third coil, and the second coil. The coils are arranged on another end of the crossing area in order of the second coil, the third coil, the first coil, the third coil, the second coil, the third coil, and the first coil. The crossing area has a double-layer structure including an upper layer and a lower layer. When each coil is connected between both ends of the crossing area, separate coils are not contacted.
