The machine has a separation housing (2) comprising a separation area in which over pressure is produced via a pneumatic refilling pipeline (5) so that pressure difference is produced in a continuous manner, where the pressure difference partially lies at perforations of a separation drum. Seed storage container (4) comprises supply openings (12, 13) for the pipeline such that the pipeline is closable at one of the supply openings in an air sealed manner. The supply openings that are not enclosed at the pipeline are closable with closing elements (15) in an air sealed manner.
